Paul Crochiere has a broad range of experience in areas including commercial lending for institutional and private lenders; commercial and residential real estate conveyancing and leasing; zoning and permitting; drafting condominium documents; loan workouts; secured party sales; mortgage foreclosures; creditor’s rights in Bankruptcy; tax lien foreclosures for municipalities; and collection law.
Paul has coached youth sports in the Town of Amesbury for many years. He has served on the Amesbury Zoning Board of Appeals and as a director of the Amesbury Soccer Association. He now serves as secretary of the SF Vikings Soccer Club. Paul has completed seven Boston Marathons.
Paul is a member of the bars of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
