He also represents fiduciaries and beneficiaries regarding trusts, estates, guardianships and conservatorships and serves as trustee or fiduciary when requested. Bob routinely deals with real estate issues arising in connection with estate planning and estate administration.
Bob has represented numerous closely-held businesses and professional practices with regard to formation, agreements between owners, employment agreements, contracts with other businesses, lease and financing transactions, succession planning, mergers, acquisitions and sale of interests.
