Seth concentrates his practice in civil and commercial litigation and all aspects of insurance-related litigation. As part of his extensive and varied practice before the Superior and District Courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Seth regularly represents residential and commercial property owners in connection with casualty and property insurance claims. Seth also has litigated many insurance coverage disputes and employment discrimination matters. Seth regularly represents many condominium associations in their condominium fee collection matters and other related litigation. Seth's diverse litigation practice also includes his representation of individuals in personal injury matters, creditors in collection matters, and subcontractors and suppliers in construction litigation and mechanic's lien matters.
In addition to his extensive experience before the trial courts, Seth has frequently appeared before the Supreme Judicial Court and Appeals Court of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Seth has several published opinions in cases that he has successfully briefed and argued before those Courts.
Seth is a member of the Massachusetts Bar and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
